STOP THINKING AND START DOING
Below are the steps to follow in order to get started with The Gym:
- Be sure to look at our entire website including our blog. Watch videos, read about CrossFit and our trainers.
- If you are still eager to start, schedule your FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS, where you will learn the specifics of our blog and WOD board. If you are unable to attend one of these classes, you MUST schedule an appointment by calling or emailing The Gym.
- Once you have attended your free introductory class you will then complete the Foundations course, which consists of 3 sessions with a trainer. You must schedule and pay for these sessions HERE. Simply select “Complete Foundations Package” from the drop-down menu. Over the course of these sessions you will learn the movements of CrossFit and complete entry level WODs pertaining to these movements. Max 4 people per session.
After you have completed these 3 steps you are ready to start classes! You should have the knowledge needed to walk into any class, regardless of fitness level and experience! Have fun getting fit!
