Reminder:  5 AM and 6:45 AM are now the morning class times.

RX:  Snatch Pull + Snatch.  Power Snatch.  3 rounds for time:  15 Chest to Bar Pull ups, 15 Handstand Push ups, 15 Toes to Bar, 15 Hand Release Push ups, and 200 meter run.  25 minute time cap.

Gold:  Snatch Pull + Snatch.  Power Snatch.  3 rounds for time:  15  Pull ups, 15 Handstand Push ups, 15 Toes to Bar, 15 Hand Release Push ups, and 200 meter run.  25 minute time cap.

Silver:  Snatch Grip Deadlift.  Overhead Squat.  3 rounds for time:  10  Pull ups, 10 Inverted V Push ups, 10 Knees to Elbows, 15 Hand Release Push ups, and 200 meter run.  25 minute time cap.

Endurance:  Lateral Sled Pull.  50 Overhead Squats. 

Men’s Strength:  Snatch Pull + Snatch.  Power Snatch.  3 rounds for time:  15 Chest to Bar Pull ups, 15 Handstand Push ups, 15 Toes to Bar, 15 Hand Release Push ups, and 200 meter run.  25 minute time cap.

Competitors:  S&C Lift, RX Wod, Endurance Post Wod (no OHS)

    Wod. Done. I think it was 39: 32. All of these movements i needed to work on . Pullups about 2/3rds were ctb. Hspu a couple with no mat, yeah, that’s a first! Rest with up to 3 mats. Pushups were difficult to maintain plank. Thanks Troy! Everyone on kilo motivates the hell out of me
    Snatch 30 to 34. Was switching back and forth.
