Wod. Done. I think it was 39: 32. All of these movements i needed to work on . Pullups about 2/3rds were ctb. Hspu a couple with no mat, yeah, that’s a first! Rest with up to 3 mats. Pushups were difficult to maintain plank. Thanks Troy! Everyone on kilo motivates the hell out of me
