The 2013 CrossFit Games Open Is Upon Us

Important Announcement!

CrossFit Kilo has earned its place as a strong competitive team, finishing 8th in the world in 2012!  Kilo wants to continue to dominate and has the opportunity to do so with the ability to choose from our abundance of qualified and competitive athletes.

This year, we feel we can take 2 strong Kilo teams to Regionals!!  Kilo Team 1 has been chosen.  If you are not on the list for Team 1, please take this opportunity to log on to the Games site and place yourself on Kilo Team 2!  Help field another strong Kilo team!  We can do this!!!

Get Motivated in Your LIFE, not just your sport!!! 

Perfect timing!!  Motivational Seminar by Armand McCormick Thursday 7:30-8:30 at The Gym!!  This seminar will not only concentrate on motivation in athletic performance, but how it spills into every aspect of our lives .  He will answer those burning questions you may have such as:  What is motivation? Who provides you with motivation? Where can you find motivation?  Think about those questions and DO NOT miss this excellent opportunity to change your life!!

RX:  Max Overhead Press. Then, 3×3 Push Press @ 90%. As Many Rounds As Possible 12min. 100yd shuttles (10yd increments), 10 KettleBell Swings (55/70), 10 Deadlifts (70/100).

Gold:  4×5 Overhead Press. Then, 3×5 Push Press. As Many Rounds As Possible 12min. 100yd shuttles (10yd increments), 10 KettleBell Swings Swings (35/55), 10 Deadlifts (60/85).

Silver:  4×10 Overhead Press. Then, 3×5 Push Press. As Many Rounds As Possible 12min. 100yd shuttles (10yd increments), 10 KettleBell Swings Swings (25/35), 10 Deadlifts (35/45).

Endurance:  3×5 Barrier Hops. W-Drill x3. 3×20 Back Squats.
