“Daniel” is a hero wod dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree, killed in action in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th 2006.

RX:  Power Clean + Hang Clean and Jerk 5×2 @ 90%. Then, “Daniel” 50 Pull ups, 400m Run, 21 Thruster (30/42), 800m run, 21 Thrusters, 400m run, 50 pull ups for time. Time Cap 25min. Refer to 3/26/2011.

Gold:  Power Clean + Hang Clean and Jerk 5×2. Then, 40 pull ups, 400m Run, 21 Thruster (25/35), 800m run, 21 Thrusters, 400m run, 40 pull ups for time. Time Cap 25min. Refer to 3/26/2011.

Silver:  5×10 Med Ball Cleans and Vertical Toss. Then, 25 pull ups, 400m Run, 21 Thruster (bar), 800m run, 21 Thrusters, 400m run, 25 pull ups for time. Time Cap 25min. Refer to 3/26/2011.

Endurance:  Long Shuttle x5, Cone Weave x6, Barrier Hops 3×5

Men’s S&C:  Rest

Women’s S&C:  Rest

    Workouts like today really make me question the following: What’s my level of mental toughness? Am I allowing myself to perform at my highest potential? What motivates me? Looks like I have some goals to start setting
