“Daniel” is a hero wod dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree, killed in action in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th 2006.
RX: Power Clean + Hang Clean and Jerk 5×2 @ 90%. Then, “Daniel” 50 Pull ups, 400m Run, 21 Thruster (30/42), 800m run, 21 Thrusters, 400m run, 50 pull ups for time. Time Cap 25min. Refer to 3/26/2011.
