RX, Gold, Silver, Endurance, Men’s and Women’s S&C: 5 rounds with 3 attempts each round every attempt is worth 5 calories (row). Throw a football through tire. Accumulate total calories and complete at the end of the fifth round.

i know how well I throw a football so I stayed home and did a 10k row and saved gas.

Worked on BMU with assistance
at work did a little row then 100 deep sqauts at 84k for time..11:48 legs are trashed
