Don’t rely on willpower alone.  Wanting something isn’t enough.

There three mindful steps we can take for making our intentions/goals come alive:

1.  Expect to Stray:  It happens.  We sometimes stray and refuse to own it.  Own it and act on it.

2.  Don’t Judge Yourself Too Harshly:  Notice you have wandered and get back on track.

3.  Refocus:  Bring yourself back to the goal and recommit.

Announcements!

NEW CLASS TIMES begin tomorrow!  This only affects the afternoon/evening class times.  Afternoon/evening will change as follows:  3:15, 4:25, 5:35, 6:45.  This change should help with the parking situation!

PLEASE REMEMBER to register for classes on Zen Planner!  To ensure the safety of everyone in each class, we are capping all class sizes to 20 people and adding another coach to strive for the quality instruction we feel is important.   PLEASE register to ensure your spot!  Thanks for your cooperation and commitment to The Gym!  We truly appreciate all of you!

    I’ll be at the gym tomorrow morning around 9am for anyone wanting to get a workout in before they load up on beer and bad food. Super Bowl Sunday!!!!!

    Did the WOD on the board without even thinking about it.. turns out it was tomorrows workout..hopefully my time doesn’t get worse when I do it again!

    PC – 75k (PR +8k)
    HPC – 60k
    WOD – 9:12 Rx
