Women’s S&C: 3×5 Snatch DeadLift. 6×10 Overhead Squat. As Many Rounds As Possible 15min. 20 cal Row, 15 Push Ups, and 10 Strict Pull Ups.
Competitor: 5am and 4:30pm. Back Tucks/ Rolls. Bar Muscle Ups and Butterfly Pull Ups. 5min AMRAP Hang power snatch 50/70

Wod: 100 double unders, 50 24in box jumps, 50 pushups, 50 butterfly sit ups, 50 burpees. 25:02. Du’s took me forever because I was going to get them all!
