Last work out at Kilo before I move to Kansas City. Can honestly say leaving Kilo is the hardest part of leaving Cedar Falls. It is amazing how much I was able to achieve not only physically, but as a person as well during my time at the gym. Hopefully do a few drop ins here and there when I’m back visiting family.
