Learn how to defend yourself!!  We are hosting a Self Defense Seminar  Thursday February 28 at The Gym!!  Click here and purchase a “Thursday Seminar”, then register for the Self Defense Seminar.

NEW CLASS TIMES begin next week!  They will remain the same through noon class times.  Afternoon/evening will change as follows:  3:15, 4:25, 5:35, 6:45.  This will allow for parking to clear out between classes!

REMEMBER to register for classes on Zenplanner!  To ensure the safety of everyone in each class, we are capping all class sizes to 20 people and adding another coach to strive for the quality instruction we feel is important.   PLEASE register to ensure your spot!  Thanks for your cooperation and commitment to The Gym!  We truly appreciate all of you!
