Why Deeper Squats Are Good For You

RX:  3×2 Back Squats @95%. Then, For time with a partner Kettlebell Swings (35/55) descending by 10 reps starting at 50 until the round of 10 is complete.

Gold:  3×5 Back Squats. Then, For time with a partner Kettlebell Swings (35/55) descending by 10 reps starting at 50 until the round of 10 is complete.

Silver:  3×10 Back Squats. Then, For time with a partner Kettlebell Swings (25) descending by 10 reps starting at 50 until the round of 10 is complete.

Endurance:  3x 50 Air Squats

Men’s S&C:  RX

Women’s S&C:  Silver

Competitor:  RX/ skill work for 20min
