RX: Power Snatch 3×1 @95% then Snatch 5×1 @95%. Then, 20 Front Squats (65/100), 30 Box Jumps (24/30″), 40 Kettlebell Swings (35/55), 50 Wall Ball Shots (14/20). Time Cap 12min.
Gold: Power Snatch 3×5 then Snatch 5×3. Then, 20 Front Squats (45/70), 30 Box Jumps (20/24″), 40 Kettlebell Swings (35/55), 50 Wall Ball Shots (14/20). Time Cap 12min.
Silver: Overhead Squat Holds 3×20 sec and 3×5 Overhead Squats. Then, 20 Front Squats (20/30), 30 Box Jumps (20″), 40 Kettlebell Swings (25/35), 50 Wall Ball Shots (10/14). Time Cap 12min.

WOD: 12:58 – 60k FS – depth was questionable on some reps, everything else was done Rx. Had 40 WB done at time cap. The 50 WB I did before class probably didn’t help me any since we all know how great I am at WB, lol!

Wod – hurt my hamstring right away in he front squats. Dnf those. Did bj and kb swings. Finished with 500 m row instead of wallballs
