Pull and Grip Strength part 1

RX:  Overhead Press 3×3 @ 90% then, Close Grip Bench Press 3×5 @85%. With a partner row 3x500m, alternate so that each athlete rows 3 times, followed by 100 Push Ups. All for time.

Gold:  Overhead Press 3×5 then, Close Grip Bench Press 3×8. With a partner row 3x500m, alternate so that each athlete rows 3 times, followed by 100 Push Ups. All for time.

Silver:  Overhead Press 3×10 then, Close Grip Bench Press 3×10. With a partner row 3x500m, alternate so that each athlete rows 3 times, followed by 100 Push Ups. All for time.

Endurance:  100 Overhead Lunges (20k)

Men’s S&C:  Rest

Women’s S&C:  Rest

Competitor:  RX
