Silver:  Back squat 10×10 @ 9 RPE. Then Tabata Knee Raises and Burpees

Endurance:  3x20yd Double Leg Hops, 50 Behind the Neck Overhead Press with Snatch Grip, 3×10 Russian Box Jumps.

Barre:  7:15pm class!  Lengthen and Tone your hips and thighs!

Hot Yoga:  6:15pm class!  Sign Up and Warm Up in The Hot Box!
