Teams of 4: Complete 2012 repetitions of any of the following movements:  Back Squats 20K, 40k Deadlift, Push Ups, GHD Situps, HSPU, Pull-Ups, Muscle Ups, Shuttle Run, Power Clean, Power Snatch. Box Jumps, Double Unders, Lunges, Wall Balls

    Home workout
    2K row ten 50 reps each in the following order
    Pull up, ring dips, HSPU, KB swings, burpies, anchored sit ups W/5Kplate & air squats.
