Today we complete the Hero WOD Dae Han
In honor of U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Dae Han Park, 36, of Watertown, CT,
assigned to 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), based out of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA,
died on March 12, 2011 in Wardak province, Afghanistan,
from wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.
Survived by his wife, Mi Kyong, daughters Niya and Sadie, parents Joseph and Bonnie, and siblings Katie and Saejin.
Make sure you sign up for classes ahead of time! We will be sticking to this policy when we move to the new building. This ensures solid coaching and class sizes that are more personable!
Again, our first classes at The Milli will commence Monday September 16th!! Here are the tentative class times that will be offered at The Milli: AM classes: 4:45, 5:15, 5:45 (women’s strength), 6 (men’s strength), 6:45, 8:30, 9, 9:30 (women’s strength), noon. PM classses: 3:30, 4:30, 5, 5:30, 6:30. We will have some new classes offered as well including, but not limited to mobility, beginners gymnastics, Barre, Get excited! The McCormicks and staff cannot wait to train you at the new facility!
