Make sure you sign up for classes ahead of time! We will be sticking to this policy when we move to the new building. This ensures solid coaching and class sizes that are more personable!
In case you missed this announcement the past few days, Classes will continue at The Chamber until Saturday September 14th. Again, our first classes at The Milli will commence Monday September 16th!! Here are the tentative class times that will be offered at The Milli: AM classes: 4:45, 5:15, 5:45 (women’s strength), 6 (men’s strength), 6:45, 8:30, 9, 9:30 (women’s strength), noon. PM classses: 3:30, 4:30, 5, 5:30, 6:30. Get excited! The McCormicks and staff cannot wait to train you at the new facility!
