SATURDAY CROSSFIT CLASSES

RX: “Team Tillman”. 7 rounds of 7 Deadlift (100/143), 200m Sprint, 14 Pull Ups. This will be teams of 3. Athlete 1 will begin, each athlete will begin as soon as the athlete in front of them is complete. Each athlete must take a 1min rest period following pullups. all athletes must do 7 rounds.

Gold: “Team Tillman”. 7 rounds of 7 Deadlift (65/100), 200m Sprint, 14 Pull Ups. This will be teams of 3. Athlete 1 will begin, each athlete will begin as soon as the athlete in front of them is complete. Each athlete must take a 1min rest period following pullups. all athletes must do 7 rounds.

Silver: “Team Tillman”. 7 rounds of 7 Deadlift (35/50), 200m Sprint, 14 Jumping Pull Ups. This will be teams of 3. Athlete 1 will begin, each athlete will begin as soon as the athlete in front of them is complete. Each athlete must take a 1min rest period following pullups. all athletes must do 7 rounds.
