Gold: 3RM Front Squat 15min. Then 30 min AMRAP of 10 Air Squats, 10 Push Press (db 25/30), 10 Weighted Situps, 10 Back Extensions.

Silver: 5×5 Front Squats. Then 30 min AMRAP of 10 Air Squats, 10 Push Press (db), 10 Butterfly Situps, 10 Back Extensions.

Endurance: 2mile run
