Stop Thinking and Start Doing!
Below are the steps to follow in order to get started with The Gym:
- Be sure to look at our entire website including our blog. Watch videos, read about CrossFit and our trainers.
- If you are still eager to start, schedule your free CrossFit Foundations class. These classes are held on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.
- Once you have attended your free foundations class you will then have 2 options:
- 3 Foundations sessions with a CrossFit trainer.
- 1 month of Beginner CrossFit class. (limited to three classes per week).
