Below are the steps to follow in order to get started with The Gym:

  1. Be sure to look at our entire website including our blog. Watch videos, read about CrossFit and our trainers.
  2. If you are still eager to start, schedule your free CrossFit Foundations class. These classes are held on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.
