6 rounds for time: box jumps (24/20), CTB pull-ups, weighted and anchored sit-up with extended arms (15/10k arms are locked out throughout sit-up). Rounds 1, 3, and 5 you do 20 reps of each movement, rounds 2, 4, and 6 you do 5 reps of each movement.
