Announcements: This month is No Kipping Novemeber. Every movement this month will be done strict, meaning NO KIP. Yes this means that if you are unable to do the movement strict then you must go back to the band or the next progression down. This will make you stronger, good luck.
In order to keep up with the increase in rent, equipment costs, utilities, and all of the other things that drive costs we will be increasing our fees by 10%. This increase goes for all memberships except family memberships. Families will be maxed at $179, which is the price that couples currently pay. These increases will not take effect until January 1st, 2012. Current rates will still apply until January 1st if you would like to purchase your memberships in advance. We apologize for the increases and promise that this is not a re-occuring increase. We have to continue to purchase new barbells and plates in order to keep everything in working order. We will also put some dividers in the restrooms so they can be used by more than 1 individual at a time. These increases are necessary for the continued success of The Gym and we really do appreciate your continued business.
