Hey CrossFitters! Starting next Wednesday, September 1st, we are going to be doing a 30-day Zone challenge. If you have been wanting to change your body composition or take your CrossFit experience to a new level, now is a good time to start! We will give you a Zone packet which explains everything you need to know about Zoning, including your block prescription and some sample menus to follow.
If you are interested in participating in this, let Sarah know! Initial measurements will be done on Wednesday when you come to class and will be done again on September 30th. The winner of the challenge will be determined by the % of body fat lost + the number of pounds lost.

IF YOU WANT TO DO THE CROSSFIT 5K FOR PARK TO PARK YOU NEED TO SIGN UP ASAP!
THE RACE WILL BE FULL IN 3 DAYS OR LESS.
20 sec work/10 sec rest x 8 on each of the following (in order)
squats, row, pull ups, sit ups, push ups
1 min rest between stations
Your score is the sum of the lowest number of reps/cals reached throughout the 8 intervals.
